3. Spam Protection – hCaptcha
To protect our Avada forms against spam and automated abuse, we use the hCaptcha service provided by Intuition Machines, Inc. (“IMI”), 350 Alabama St, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA. The integration is handled via the “hCaptcha for WP” plugin.
hCaptcha analyses information about the visitor and their behaviour in order to distinguish human users from automated bots. For this purpose, hCaptcha may collect and process the following data:
- IP address of the device
- Information about the operating system, browser, and device
- Mouse movements, clicks, and interaction with the captcha challenge
- Referrer URL, date and time of the request, and language preferences
- Cookies set by hCaptcha
This data is transmitted to and processed by Intuition Machines, Inc. in the United States. The disclosure of personal data abroad is carried out in accordance with Art. 16 f. FADP. Where a country does not provide an adequate level of data protection, we ensure appropriate safeguards, in particular the conclusion of Standard Contractual Clauses approved or recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

4. Purposes of Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiries – processing of form data to handle and respond to your request and to communicate with you.
- Spam prevention and security (hCaptcha) – protecting our systems against abuse and automated attacks, safeguarding the integrity and security of our Website.
- Operation and security of the Website – processing of server log files to ensure a functioning and secure website.
Under the FADP, the processing of personal data by private persons does not generally require a specific legal basis, provided the processing is carried out in good faith, is proportionate, and the purpose is recognisable to the data subject. 5. WordPress, Avada and Hosting
